Listing of real estate and short-let apartments
Discovery and inquiry of properties
Booking of short-let accommodations (where applicable)
Ash Homes is not a property owner, agent, broker, or operator of any listed property unless explicitly stated. We do not control, manage, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any property listed on the Platform.
4. User Accounts

5.3 Prohibited Listings
Listings that are illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or infringe on third-party rights are strictly prohibited.
6. Bookings and Payments
6.1 Bookings
Bookings made through the Platform constitute a direct agreement between the Host and the Guest.
6.2 Pricing and Fees
Prices are set by Hosts and may include additional fees such as cleaning, service charges, or taxes. Ash Homes may charge platform or service fees, which will be disclosed before payment.
6.3 Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Ash Homes is not responsible for errors or delays caused by such providers.
